Return Policy
Sawday and Holmes Music, Inc. has a 30-day money back return policy, less shipping costs if incurred. For purchases made by cash or check, we reserve the right to refund the purchase by company check within 10 days of return.
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Sawday and Holmes Music, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange the details of your return. All items, including instruments, must be in their original packing or case, and be in the same condition as when purchased. If the instrument was purchased with an accompanying mouthpiece, case strap, valve oil, etc. such products must also be returned in good condition, with approval of an employee.
If there is any damage to your instrument within the manufacturers warranty period, contact us immediately. We will be more than happy to help facilitate the repair or replacement by the manufacturer, and in some cases we can expedite the process.
If you are not happy with a repair, please contact us immediately and within 7 days of picking up your repaired instrument. With the exception of damage unrelated to the repair (if the instrument is dropped, hit, sat on, etc.) we will make every attempt to repair the instrument to your satisfaction.
